Lovely dress! I would wear this DRESS in EVERY COLOR if I could!
I probably could have gone down in a size. But it was fine. I'm 5'5, 36dd, hourglass/athletic build. And I usually don't like one shoulder type dresses but I loved this one! It's very dark navy. Lightweight. And loose in the mid section. And I could breathe very good in this dress. And the zipper was great as well. Some aren't...

This dress was for a gala. The fit was great and the dress was very comfortable. It was not tight anywhere and the length was great with 3 inch heels. I received a lot of compliments on the dress. 

This dress was so pretty. I loved the single shoulder and frilly sleeve! The length was JUST RIGHT for my 5'4 frame. The side zipper required some assistance to get up but was not didficult. The dress was very comfortable too. As mentioned previously, there is some ruching on the side where the zipper is, which is definitely unique if not a bit odd. It didnt detract feom the lines of the dress and I recieved loads of compliments. I would definitely rent this again! 

I was a little nervous to rent a long dress because I'm only 5'2" but this dress worked perfectly with high heels. It has a beautiful deep navy color and the off the shoulder is a classy touch. Would definitely rent again!


This is a beautiful, high quality dress. Tasteful prom dress. Heavier fabric allows for a smooth appearance. The dress runs a bit large. 2R would have been a better choice for me but was not available. Received many complements! Nobody knew it was a rental. 

Perfect fit, true to my size. The length was perfect too. I normally wear a size 6 in dresses so it fit like a glove. 

I ordered this for my daughter's wedding. The wedding was late fall and outside and this dress was the perfect weight. The fit was great. The 4 fit wonderfully (sometimes I wear a 6) and the length was nice with moderate heels. I felt elegant and a little sexy as mother of the bride! 

Runs large but it was soooo comfy.  I should have ordered another size down.  The fabric is heavy and felt very nicely made.  I loved this dress.  

As stated in other reviews, this dress does runs little large. I still went with my normal size because it was nice to have a bit of room to move around. The dress is such a classic look and color and it was perfect for a black tie wedding! With my height, I get the regular length so I can wear flats. 

I rented this dress as a backup since my original rental didn't fit. It fit well and I received many compliments. It was perfect for an occasion where you prefer for the attention to be on you vs the dress. This dress complimented me and I felt great wearing it!

Would definitely rent this again - but in a long vs a regular - I'm 5'9". Wearing gold strappy flats helped a lot. Was roomy but not bulky- comfortable to sit in. Wore spanx and used fashion tape too. I love this dress!

Rented this and the 14 for a black tie gala. The 12 fit perfectly although I tend to fall more in the 14 range. I received many compliments on the dress and would have given it 5 stars except for the lining material and stitching was a bit too noticeable through the fabric. 

Very comfortable dress and worked well with 3 1/2" heals which left the back of the dress brushing the floor for me (5'5"). 

This dress was part of an emergency overnight order shipped to my hotel because my original order was late. 
As was noted in other reviews, the underarm zipper was wavy.  I was able to straighten it out a little with a damp facecloth placed next to the zipper and pressed with an iron set on low.  The side zipper was better but not completely better.

I received a 14 and a 16, the size 14 fit me

I'm a petite person so I ordered the 4P and the length was perfect and it just fit great. The color was beautiful and all night we received compliments. 

The fit was great, not too tight anywhere, it was very flattering and I received many compliments. I am only 5'1" but with heels the dress was an okay length. It was a tad long, but I just made sure to hold it when walking up/down stairs. Would definitely recommend renting this dress!

This wasn't my original choice in dress, I had actually rented this one along with another I had intended to wear, but this one looked much nicer on me so I decided last minute to use this dress. The dress didn't fit me perfectly - was just a tad too large. A 0 usually fits me pretty well but i could have used a slight alteration to make it fit a little better, but overall wasn't too bad. The fabric is a little thicker than I had expected so I would not suggest for a high temperature event. It was a perfect length for me - I wore a nude heel about 1.5 inches and it worked perfectly with the dress. I really enjoyed all of the compliments that I received wearing this dress! This was for a formal wedding so it fit the environment very well. Overall I'm very happy with this dress.

After stressing and looking EVERYWHERE for the perfect dress for my stepson's wedding, I found this one the Monday before the event. Don't know how I had missed the 72,000 other times I had looked at RTR! I read all the reviews which said how great the dress is and got it. By that time, there was only the 8L left, so I hoped it would work with my 3" heels at 5'7". It was a tad long (as you can see in the picture) but totally doable, and everyone said how elegant I looked :) Can't wait to see the professional photos from the wedding. It was just fitted enough to give shape, but loose enough to be super comfortable. I wore a strapless bra, but could possibly have gone without. Danced 'til my feet hurt with not a care in the world of wardrobe malfunctions! I love RTR's awesome support and helpful reviews. 
One thing on my dress, the zipper bulged a bit toward the top under my arm, which wasn't uncomfortable, but hoping didn't show in pictures. I will definitely be renting this again for another formal event.

The dress fit well, however I normally wear an 8, and even the 6 was a little too big.  But the 6 did fit well enough to wear. .  It was very comfortable

Fun and flirty dress. lots of room to breathe because it was sized wayyyy to big, especially in the arms. Definitely recommend going down one or two sizes for sure. But overall comfortable and easy. Very classy! 

I'm 5'2" 130 lbs. size 6 fit perfect. Wore three inch heels.
