This dress runs true to size. We recommend going one size up for back-up size (see following fit notes for exceptions). Italian Sizing. Size 38=0, Size 40=2, Size 42=6, Size 44=8, size 46= 10.
BUST: Works best for A to C cup sizes- built in buster with cups are very fitted so larger bust sizes should consider sizing up
