This dress fit well and was perfect for NYE however a couple hours into the night I noticed my underarms were red and irritating from the scratching of the sequins. That would be the only negative of this dress!

The best part of this dress was the lining, which prevented it from being scratchy! It hugged in all the right places. I'm 5'1" so it hit just above the knee, making it super appropriate for our Christmas Party at my husband's work. 

This dress was the talk and envy of my friends during our first night out on the town in Las Vegas. I felt right in party mode when I put it on and I didn't want to take it off! The sparkles tend to bend and flake off, and are a little itchy here and there, but when your having a fun time, you forget about that stuff!

Dress fit great, used fashion tape to hide the black slip underneath. Wasn't itchy at all. 

Wore this on a night out in Vegas.  Only place I can think where I would feel comfortable wearing something so loud 

The fit was great! It's a bit tight so if you have a stomach to hide (like myself) I recommend Spankx.. Which I wore. This dress is so sparkly and fun! Not the most comfortable (the sequins can leave an indent in your skin if you sit so long) but classy and sexy. 

It's a little long length wise so I safety pinned the bottom on the inside and made it shorter it also definitely scratches your arms a little bit but that's to be expected with a sequined dress 

I wore this for my bachelorette and it fit like a glove! I felt amazing all night and really stood out. I thought I had ordered 2 sizes but only one came. Luckily it was perfect!

The fit was perfect.. Stretchy so it is flattering for curves. It will surely make you feel so fabulous!!

It is a really pretty dress and photographs well.  I have a little bit of an athletic shape so it made me feel a little boxy.  I wish it had been a tad shorter and had a zipper so you didn't have to pull it over your head.  Overall it was very stretchy and comfortable.  I didn't feel restricted in it at all.

The dress probably runs true to size.. I am normal a 00 and unfortunately RTR does not offer this option. The dress was a bit long on me (came down to my knees) so I had to pin a hem in it for the evening so it wasn't so long. The bottom of the dress was almost coming apart so it was difficult to pin. The dress also was a little less form fitting than I would have liked, but that's because it's a size to big. Overall, I think it looked okay. I would love it if RTR had some 00/petite options. 


I thought it fit well & was extremely comfortable. I wore it to a fancy dinner (so I am glad I wore the larger size) & to a concert where I was totally able to dance in it! And  it is certainly eye catching!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this dress! The color and fit are amazing! Highly recommend!

I ordered the 42 and 44- and ultimately went with the 44. The 42 was a little short and the liner wasn't long enough for me to sit on. Loved the fit and it got lots of attention!!!

I wore this pretty little number downtown in NOLA for my Bachelorette festivities! We went to a nice dinner and then hit the town! My fun (and naughty!) bachelorette accessories were only enhanced by the glittery pink perfection that was the dress ... and, above all, it was COMFY! I was glad I had read reviews that told me to do my hair and makeup already in the dress, because the neck hole is a bit snug, but I absolutely loved this garment! A definite "yes yes yes" for a party, birthday, bachelorette, or any night where you want to stand out! 

RENT THIS DRESS. I promise you will love it and never ever want to give it back. I wore it out in Vegas for my 21st and felt like a princess the whole night. It fit like a glove and wasn't scratchy at all which surprised me considering it's covered in sequins. This is by far my favorite RTR dress. 

Everything said in the other reviews is true. The headhole and armholes are a snug fit, it has good stretch, its very sparkly and rather comfortable for a sequined dress. It does run true to size, but get smaller for a backup. I wore the smaller, and I have a larger chest. Sequined dresses do make your hips look a little bigger, but that doesn't bother me much. 
I wore regular undergarments, I didn't have to pull on it at all. Overall, its a very bright, slightly costumey dress that is a good fit for a slightly over the top occasion (I wore it for a burlesque festival and it was perfect). Recommend. 


Loved the stretch to this dress and how it wasn't revealing.  Wasn't really scratchy, just a bit hard to get off because your hair can get stuck on the sequins.   I would absolutely recommend this for a bachelorette party.  It is a bit more of a purple-pink than the picture looks. 

This dress was so perfect for my bachelorette party! The length was comfortable and not too short and the color is so perfect, better than in the pictures!  The dress is a little stretchy to allow for a great fit and the cut allows you to wear a bra - I wore a racer back so I didn't have to worry about the straps falling. The worst part of the dress was that the lining would ride up, and the sequins were a little scratchy. Overall I loved wearing this dress!

This dress was perfect for the Mariah Carey concert in Las Vegas, The dress was so sparkly and fun, I received compliments all night. I ordered the 44, because the 42 was not available.. very glad I did. Although it was stretchy, it was tight under my arms.. probably due to my full bust. But I could of easily wore both sizes. I would recommend this dress to anyone who wants to sparkle and shine! My only tip... do your hair after you put it on... there is no zipper! 

I wore this for a bachelorette party and had so much fun! This ran a little large on me but that was in a lot of reviews. The sequins are gorgeous and really bounce light well. I had a number of little girls and adult women stop me and say that they loved my dress (we had to walk through a very busy shopping center in Orange County).overall very fun. Two small downsides: it scratched my under arms up and the underskirt rides up a lot! 

 I was worried when they didn't have the equivalent of a size 2 available, so I gambled with the 0 equivalent (38) based on the reviews here. They didn't steer me astray! The dress fit perfectly. It's a straight bottom, but doesn't hug your legs super tight, which was nice to find. As others indicate, there is no zipper so putting this on before getting my hair done was key. There's a lining on the dress, which helped to keep it from riding up and ensured it didn't scratch up my legs either. Such a perfect rental - at $30 it was a steal. Helped to make me feel extra special on this special day!

Loved this dress! Sequins are great but just itchy. Fits great and it stretchy. 

The fit was perfect! I got so many compliments with this dress next to my girls all in black. The only con was how bad it scratched up my underarms but that's with any sequin dress without sleeves. 

I rented this dress for my bachelorette party, and it was a hit! I got compliments all night, and I felt like a star! I usually wear a size 4 dress, but that was out on the date I needed, so I had to go with a size 2 (40). I'm glad I did! It is a stretchy material, so the 2 ended up hugging my curves more, which I loved! Perfect dress of you're looking to be the center of attention!

If you don't like attention don't get this dress.
The sequins will rub a little.
Overall it's an amazing dress.
Make sure you wear it before doing your hair and make up there is no zip.

This dress was perfect for my bachelorette party! The dress was a little short and would ride up through the night but overall it was comfortable! 

I am 5 ft. 100 Lbs. Although true to size, the dress was pretty big on me. It fit ok from the waist (not tight but not extremely loose either), but the length was way off. I had to fold the dress in about 5 inches for it to fit above the knee like I wanted. Loved how the dress got attention everywhere I went and how effortless it was to wear once on. Definitely an unforgettable wear!
On a side note, I am usually a size XXS or 00

I loved this dress! I wore it for my bachelorette party and it was so incredibly fun and comfortable! I really liked that the fabric liner is a thick, cotton material so that you don't have to worry about the dress being see-through. Having the liner around the arms and neck also helps to reduce scratching from the sequins. I would definitely wear this again!

Fit great! Only bad side was the under slip would ride up but you couldn't see through the pink sparkle. 

I loved the dress.  I wore it to a formal and it was perfect.  I love the pink with the black around the neck and arms.  I do agree with others it is tight around the arms.  I went with my usual size and it fit like a glove.  Very happy with the dress and the service!

I wore this dress for a fabulous murder mystery birthday party- so fun! It was more flashy than what I would Normally pick but really fun to wear. The neck was a little small so I made sure to put it on prior to doing my hair and make up. The lining was a little shorter than the dress but the sequins didn't bother me. The dress was stretchy and easy to move around in. 

This dress was FAB! The cut is great and flattering, even for tall girls. It came to mid-thigh which was great for the summer, but it was modest in the top, so I could wear my most comfortable bra. GREAT choice for a night out in NYC with my girls before I Do. 

Very comfy fit and SUPER sparkly even in the dark! I wore the size 38 and it fit perfectly. I could have gotten away with the original length but I shortened it a little with fashion tape. The bottom of the dress was a little stretched out from what I assume tons of wear. It's a gorgeous dress, makes you feel like a Barbie! 

The dress is fabulous and fits perfectly! Just the right length, short enough but not too much. I had no problems to pull it over my head without the zipper, it was perfect around the arms, at least there was no chance my bra would be showing. It is stretchy, so you can move around and also assures perfect fit. I can see what others meant with the lining that rides up, I took the liberty of hand-stitching it lightly to the dress and had no further problems with it. RTR should do that on all these dresses! It is not scratchy (I was afraid it would be). If you need a dress to shine across the room, this is the one for you!
