The Derek Lam 10 Crosby x RTR skirt was the perfect partner to its matching top — effortlessly chic for conference days, but with a playful Caribbean-inspired fringe that gave it personality. This outfit was very out of my comfort zone, but I couldn’t be happier I rented it. My biggest complaint is that there is white fabric on the inside of the skirt that rolls up on the waist and becomes visible. I’m not entirely sure why the fabric exists. This skirt does fit TTS with minimal stretch. If you’re taller than 5’7 it’s definitely more around the knee vs midi. For me, I wish it was shorter and above the knee would’ve been cuter… felt a bit awkward length on me being taller. 

Wanted to love this set and even ordered the matching too but the waistband constantly flipped over and twisted. This bugged me too much to even wear it out. 

Obsessed with this skirt - it’s comfortable, it’s unique (especially at the bottom)…and I usually don’t wear pink but I will be re-ordering 

The set is too cute and looks great with a sneaker or a heel or a sandal. The reviews are right that the white part of the band does unfortunately make an appearance but I just adjusted as needed. 

The top from the set fit perfect but recommend sizing one up in the skirt, the waist band on the inside also rolls up and shows a lot and there’s just really no way to fix it, other than that super fun and comfortable outfit!!

I’m 5’1 and usually a size 6 and this was perfect on me. Wore it on vacation in Croatia and wasn’t too hot- nice thick material! 

Love the color and texture — super cute overall! The top is adorable and fits well, but the skirt shows the body line a bit too much, and the white elastic band inside the waist peeks out as it moves down. Love the hem line, though.

Wore to a bay shower and then to my son’s homecoming party. So many compliments!! Loved it.

This skirt fit perfect and was such an amazing color, it was such a fun outfit that I wore for a great dinner night!

This outfit was super cute for a beach vacay. The color is perfect and hugs all the right places. Definitely recommend renting the top as well! 

I rented the matching top but the skirt would be cute on its own too! Def will need heels if you’re petite like me! 

Love the fit, I sized down and that helped with the flopping down of the waistband, but it still happened. Loved as a set!

Wore to a baby shower and got tons of compliments!

I just put little stitch gun pins in the waist to avoid the white showing like other reviewers mentioned & it worked like a charm! Waist is small- which is perfect for me bc I have an unusually small waist for my size even so I check reviews for that. Great as a set but even cuter w graphic tees etc. 

Such a great skirt. It was comfy and I got so much compliments! 

Skirt is really fun but as others mentioned- the white band rolls down and is visible.  It’s a thicker knit skirt, very comfortable, and runs true to size.  I didn’t end up wearing but would rent again for another occasion.  

Very cute material. Lined just enough to be able to be worn to work.

The skirt was so cute!  It has a little white part at the top of the skirt that kept needing to be tucked in, but wasn’t too much of an issue.  

Good fit. Good lining. A bit tight on the waist but totally doable.

I loved this skirt. It was extremely flattering, great quality and I got a ton of complements on it when I went in the Ralph Lauren store when I wore it shopping. 

I couldn’t get the matching set but found a great alternate. The top of the skirt kept flipping down and just wouldn’t sit right

Waist band was slightly tight and unrolled a little to show some of the white sometimes but didn’t notice. 

The skirt was not flattering on me because of my curves. There was no way to have a tummy at all without seeing it in the skirt

Fun skirt and loved the fringes. Not too heavy considering the fabric.

This was a cute set but I wouldn’t do the skirt on its own.  The waistband kept folding over and had this white band that didn’t look nice and wasn’t flattering 

Wore this skirt to church and got many compliments. It’s a nice heavy material but the top waistband continued to fold up so I had to safety pin it. 

I loved the color of this set & it fit perfectly. My only complaint is the waistband on the skirt kept folding over so you could see the elastic. 

Love the set together, but can be styled separately, maybe a white top. Fabric is soft. This skirt has an underskirt, so it is not see-through. Bottom is unique and cool. Only complaint is that the elastic in the waist is too tight (makes it look like you have a belly pooch). The elastic also kept flipping and exposing the white part that is meant to be hidden (slightly annoying). I got Medium size as i have a fuller butt.  Recommend uprising due to tighter waist elastic.

Loved this skirt.  I thought about keeping it longer.  Great for wearing with sandals or sneakers.  

I wore this on a cool day and a sweltering one and was comfortable both times.
