Felt like professional Barbie. Paired this with a white button down underneath like how others styled it- made the neckline a bit more modest. Amazing quality - good length for work especially paired with tights.

Fit & Sizing:
True to size. I went with my usual size, and it fit perfectly. The blazer style gives a bit of room in the shoulders and the waist, so it’s comfortable to wear all day. I will say, you definitely need a shirt underneath. I wore a button down to make it more meeting appropriate. 

Styling:
I styled it with navy tights and heels for a polished, work-appropriate look, but you could easily dress it down with ankle boots or even sneakers for a more casual vibe.

Overall:
Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their meeting wardrobe while staying comfortable. Would rent again!

Great dress that's a little more unique but great for an office party! 

Adorable structure (a little shoulder pad action too). but absolutely need a camisole or something underneath because the blazer top constantly gaps wipe open. Add that and a pair of tights and you're work appropriate!

Felt it was a bit short for work but others told me it was ok. I definitely had to wear something underneath because it showed way too much cleavage otherwise. Probably better for people without big b00bs because I felt it was a bit tight on the chest. Overall, still a nice piece. 

I sized up to give myself a little more length making it too big in the chest and tbh it was still on the shorter side of what I’m comfortable with for work. Worn during my global onsite week and after work to a cocktail event got a ton of compliments! 

This dress needs an undershirt but otherwise is a perfect little dress for nearly any occasion - it's also navy blue not black as you might have thought

Wore this dress over a white button down for my wedding anniversary dinner.  I absolutely loved this dress and so did my husband; so much so, I’m thinking of buying it for myself.  I received so many compliments at the restaurant we went to and I heard a lot of people tell their tables that this is the kind of dress they want.  Absolutely loved this dress.

P.S. I usually wear dress sizes 4-6, sometimes 8 if dresses run small.  With ALC dresses, I’ve found that a size 4 fits me perfectly (27” waist, 38”-39” hips)
