I used “boob” tape so no bra needed! 

I wore this hot little number to a formal awards ceremony.  It was stunning.  For us shorties, it was perf!  The front is a little elevated to show your shoes and the back longer and trails just a touch.  My shoes were 4.5-inch heels, and I am a five-footer. Size 8, 140 lbs.

I loved this dress and got many compliments at the masquerade themed fundraiser gala I wore it to. My main issue was the fit on the bust. I'm normally a 16 but had to go to the 18 to fit my bust, but there was no way to wear an actual bra without it being very visible. I had to use a strapless and then I struggled to keep even that covered. In a world where this was mine these would have been minor tailoring issues, but I thought future renters should know. 

This dress turns heads! Very sleek, comfortable fit, and classy. Be careful of the sequins catching on curly/wavy hair - I added a shawl to avoid that. I normally wear an 18/20 but opted for a 22 and am very glad that I did as it gave me a little extra room in the hips.

Wore to the marine corps ball. Was a fan favorite. Definitely recommend. I’m 5’3 so dress was a little long but I’m not comfortable in super high heels. I was wearing 2” heels with the dress and it still covered my feet but I liked the length.

I’m 5’3” and the length was perfect.  I normally wear a 4 and I wore a 4 in This dress.  Got so many compliments.  It’s elegant and classic.  

This dress was the perfect selection for a “dusted in gold” theme black tie event. The dress hugs in all the right places and because I don’t usually wear this fitted of dresses, I sized up to the 4 from my typical 2 (I could have worn the 2 - was a personal preference choice). There weren’t any petites available so I had to go with a regular (which I was worried would be too long), but with heels it was just the right length. There is a good inside layer of the dress so I didn’t have any issues with the sequins scratching. Very pleased with my choice!

I received so many compliments on this dress (for an Old Hollywood themed event). It’s form fitting without being too tight or heavy. I’m 5’2” 115lbs 34C/32D and the length was perfect with a standard heel. I ordered a size 0 because it was the only size left and was worried it might be too tight, but it fit like a glove with a bit of breathing room in the bust. The fabric has a very slight stretch, no irritation or scratchiness from the sequins. Gorgeous in person! 

Fits pretty true to size, I recommend a strapless bra though as the top is a bit roomy unless you have a very large chest. 

This is a size up from what I would normally wear. It fit my hips and stomach nicely, but was huge on my breasts (and I’m very busty). If I’d sized down I don’t think the lower half would work. Nice fabric. I think neckline would be prettier if the cowl was wider. I didn’t end up wearing this dress but it was fairly comfortable.

I loved that this dress was very glamorous. It was too long for me, which made it feel like it was dragging. I had to hold it up when walking. If my heels were higher and/or my bust bigger, it probably would have been a better fit. It also accentuated my belly pooch even though it is not a big pooch. Again, a padded bra would probably help that. 

Received many compliments with this dress. Wore to a black tie optional wedding. Wore with flats and did not have issues with length, the sequins were not an issue even though the wedding lasted 12 hours. Wore a shawl that kept getting caught on the dress, if you are planning on using one, make sure it does not have a drill or it will get caught. 

This was a back up dress that was sent to me. It gabbed at the busy but emphasized my mom pouch. I chose not to wear it. I am 5’7 and regular would definitely be too short.

My daughter wore this dress to prom and loved it. She looked beautiful in it and got so many compliments. She said it was comfortable and perfect for a night of dancing. 

This was pretty comfortable, you could wear regular under garments, and it brightened the room when you walked in. I got so many compliments and smiles. It was really fun to wear for a gala event and extremely comfortable. Sequins were a little itchy but is worth it. 

Rented for a 20s murder mystery party we hosted, felt amazing, so comfortable, and everyone loved it! Now I’m looking for another reason to rent it!!!

I loved this dress. I'm 5'4 and ordered the regular length. I couldn't wear heels with it, so keep that in mind and order long if you want heels. 

Fit was great. I’m 5.5, 120 pounds. I wore 2.5 inch heels and it was a perfect length. Received tons of compliments!

Received lots of compliments.  Very flattering and beautiful.  Did have to wear something under because it was itchy around the waste.  

First time ordering from Rent the runway and they did not disappoint! I rented 3 dress but this one stole my heart it was beautiful!! I wore it to the Navy Marine Ball last night and  I received so many compliments. The dress is so timeless, and classy with a bit of sexiness I was sad when it was time to return it. If you are thinking about renting this dress DO IT! You won’t regret it !

Felt like a million in this gorgeous gown. It fit beautifully and was surprisingly comfortable. It wasn't too long and I was able to wear a shorter heel.  

If you are curvy on the bottom, it might be worth sizing up. I’m an 8 on the top and 10 on the bottom. I wore an 8 and it wasn’t snug, just very fitted through the lower half. If you are tall (>5’5”), I’d suggest getting the long. I did not and I felt like it was just a bit too short. 

It was fun to watch the light bounce off of me all night! My kids though of me as a disco ball. 

So many compliments on this dress!  The dress is form hugging and, while it did run true to size for me, I sized up to my backup size  for a bit of ease (although, I did have to baste the bodice to fit better under the arms).  Ordered the long length - I'm 5'10 and the dress was about 1" shorter than I would like but not bad.  Over all, a very comfortable dress that stood out nicely among the bridal party dressed in black - I was very pleased! (Bride not pictured).

Was flattering and received so many compliments. The material was stretchy underneath and despite the dressing being all sequins, I never felt uncomfortable. It was a bit small, I probably should have gone up a size. Other wise I felt it was very flattering and I loved it! I also wore spanx underneath and would recommend this to ensure it lays it smooth. 

The dress fit very nicely, but I'm shorter, so I had to wear taller heels and it still brushed the floor. I received SO many compliments on the dress that evening! It's a sparkly stunner!

The cut around the armholes and upper breast is a little strange—it was so wide that I couldn’t wear a strapless bra and had to opt for tape instead. Other than that, it’s a great dress. Very comfortable for all night wear. I got tons of compliments all night! 

My first time ordering and I was unsure of what this dress would actually look like, but it was absolutely beautiful in person. I got so many compliments. 

I'm 5'9" and it came just to the lower ankle-- perfect to wear with heels. I'm 145 pounds and a bit curvy in the hips and it hugged me like a dream!  

This gown is far more beautiful in person - I received countless compliments the entire evening!!  I highly recommend it! 

I absolutely loved this gown. I am 5'4" and about 120 pounds and with a short heel this was about perfect in length. I received raving compliments the whole night at my gala event. Very comfortable as well. 

I had a hard time finding something to fit, as this was 4 weeks postpartum and my body all out of sorts in all areas. This dress worked well after trying 6 others that were similar by same designer. I really liked I was able to wear a normal bra, as a breastfeeding mom this was huge. I also like that it was a little loose in the upper stomach. Only dislike was the sequins kept poking my arms and there was a flaw with metal rod sticking through the fabric. 

Im 5'4 130 lbs and ordered a 2 and 4 R based off the reviews. But soon found out the R was way to short unless you wanted to be barefoot. I immediately called RTR and they overnighted me the 4 L and it was PERFECT. So comfortable to move in and I danced the night away. It photographs excellent and I received a record number of compliments. 

Dress is comfortable and true to size. I am 5'4" and 120-125 pounds.
