Definitely a sexy dress to wear to a wedding but I loved it!

Hugged my curves and was comfortable to wear for this concert!

My usual size was not available, so I got the next size up. It was roomy in the belly and hips but still gave me a nice fitted look. Very comfortable. 

Was a little tight, sometimes I size down to 6 but thankfully didn’t in this dress because it’s a bit snug. 

Very comfortable, fit like a glove, and perfect for black tie wedding attire!

I wanted to include a few angles of the dress since there are already so many lovely reviews. Dress was absolutely beautiful. I ordered a 2P (since I'm 5'2, 108 lbs), however I was sent a 2R. It was very large on me, especially in the chest area so was only able to wear for photos. If you have a smaller chest (I'm a 34B-32C), definitely don't size up.

My bf was excited for me to get a red dress to match the theme of the Gala we were attending and this was the perfect one for the occasion - Classy, elegant, and comfortable! I'm 5'6 and 129lbs, the size 2R fit perfectly.

I wore this gown to a military ball and it was a stand out gown. I received so many compliments. It did take some muscle to zipper it up in the back so if you are in between sizes I would definitely size up. It was perfect length with about a 2.5in-3in heels on. It was pretty comfortable material too. I would definitely rent again!!

For me, this was a perfect fit and super flattering! 

This dress fits perfectly! Can wear it with high spanx- but the fabric is like scuba material and is beautifully form fitting. 

This dress was PERFECT! It fits beautiful and is somewhat booby lifting (you probably won’t need a bra- I didn’t). It’s cut perfectly to show off your shoes. I felt gorgeous. 

This dress stands out in the best possible way. The color is fantastic, the silhouette is very flattering, and everything is sufficiently covered! The dress was long on my 5'3 frame, but it worked with decent sized heels, because the front is shorter than the back. This made it easy to walk without tripping. I didn't wear a bra, because I have no chest, but I think most would be able to get away without one. Fit was TTS. If you're thinking about it, rent it!

Absolutely loved this dress! Fits like a dream, no bra required. I received so many compliments. It was longer than I expected, I ended wearing my highest platform heels.

They didn’t have it available in Short for my dates, and the Regular size of the dress was super long (I’m 5’4” and wore 5-inch heels and the dress was still dragging). The 6 was a little big for my chest, I think a 4 would have been perfect. Still a stunning dress though, and extremely flattering and easy/comfy to wear! 

The gown is thick enough to shield your nipples so you can choose to go without inserts or a bra. 

This dress scored me infinite pretty woman compliments all night! Only reason I knocked off a star was because it runs small. My original size was a 4 and my backup size was a 6, I actually could have worn an 8 more comfortably. If you have big boobs like me, you’re going to have max cleavage in this dress if you can zip it up. Gorgeous dress but wow that was tight.

Dress fit snugly and was very comfortable to wear. Bodice was thick and snug enough so I didn't need to wear a bra which was perfect! Back of the dress was a little too long for me but I was able to walk & dance with no problems. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I ordered 6 as a backup and the 4 wasn't able to be sent to me, but I'm glad it didn't. I feel like the 6 worked better. Much heavier material than I originally thought, fit my bust perfectly. I wore a sticky bra but could have easily worn a strap bra as there were stays in the straps to tuck the straps. Not very forgiving on the torso, so size up and wear control garments if you want to smooth out a little bit. I would absolutely rent this again!

This dress is truly gorgeous! If you look good in red and need a formal gown, this is it! It fits like a (tight) glove, so shape-wear does wonders if you could use a little tightening up.  And the material is thick, so try to stay in the AC in the hot months! I’m curvy but short, so the 12R was still a bit long on me. I ca usually float between a 10 or 12, but the 10 would not have cut it in this dress. I suggest getting a size up. It has a little bit of a train, so fancy! Overall it is beautiful and I received a ton of compliments from both friends and strangers. Highly recommend!

I loved this dress! I felt beautiful and someone was the only one wearing red at a black tie wedding. The dress was comfy and fun to dance in. I will say it was just a slight bit loose and long for a 2P, which I was surprised about. I probably could have gone with a 0 but it wasn't available and the 2P worked fine. 

I've had this dress bookmarked for over a year - and it's worth the hype. This is the first time I've worn a dress where I looked like $1M and felt like $2M. 10/10, loved it so much I bought it. It's a little warm, and underwear choices are... tricky. But as someone who normally loathes "dress up," any dress that made me feel this stunning was worth it. Pointers:
1. Grab a measuring tape, find a Cinq a Sept sizing chart online, and compare your measurements to find your size - it'll go a long way with this dress. Normally I have to size up for booty; I didn't for this one because there's an oh-so-slight amount of stretch - but you're not going to get overly gracious inches in the fabric with this one. Measure!
2. RTR's heel height recommendations are spot on. I'm 5'6" and wore ~3-3.5" heels and had a bit more trailing fabric than I was completely comfortable with on an 8L.
3. Pro-tip from an earlier review: L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte #368 "Matador" is THE lip to wear with this dress. It matches perfectly, and ties the whole thing together!
4. Enjoy looking like the fabulous, stellar, smoke-show you are! ROCK IT!

Fit was great, true to size! Very comfortable to dance in all night! Material held up very well in the heat. Color was vibrant but not overwhelming.

Loved wearing this dress! Felt like it was simple but so elegant! I was worried on a larger chest that it wouldn't look good but I thought that it was very flattering and I was able to wear a normal bra with it! 

Dress is stunning, color is radiate but it definitely runs a little snug! The material is a little hot and uncomfortable to sit in for long time periods. I ended up going with my back up dress instead of this one but it was still really nice!! 

Beautiful dress, great length for me as 5'4, but I am 165lbs, 34DD and it ran extremely small. I normally run a 10R dress, and I was soooo tight. I wish other sizes had been available as I would have worn this dress hands down!

Gorgeous fit and extremely nice material ! I loved this dress, it has a little stretch to it but it was almost too tight in chest area- I'm a 36/C D. Gorgeous dress overall! 

Really loved this dress and got lots of compliments. It was a little long for me, but it was okay with heels. 

I got A LOT of compliments in this dress! It is very flattering.

The fit was great. It was very form fitting but still felt comfortable and I had plenty of room to breathe, eat a decent meal, dance, etc. without feeling restricted. I am 5'2 and wear a 32B and I wore size 2P. I wore 3-3.5 inch heels and still had a train, but it looked like the dress was supposed to have a train so no big deal there. I was particularly happy the top fit me really well because that can be dicey with low cut dresses.  The only thing that would have made this dress better is if it had bra hooks to keep my bra straps in place but I wore a shawl a lot of the night so it wasn't a huge deal. 

I would definitely recommend this dress to someone who wants to stand out! 
 

i'm a 5,3, 8-10 in dresses and a 34F. i was able to wear this dress with no bra and it held me in all night. there is a bit of a train, so just something to be conscious of. received a ton of compliments on this dress!

Gorgeous shade of red. I'm 5'4", and 4P was a good length. Just touched the floor with 4" heels. I also switched to flats during the night, and it wasnt too long - I did hold it up when walking upstairs or to the restroom when wearing flats. Most important consideration is I have a short torso so the straps were slightly long and the bodice bunched slightly to create a line under my bust (as seen in the photo). I dont think this would happen if the straps fit. It was still a beautiful dress, comfortable to dance in, and a stand out piece for NYE.


This dress was perfect! I received a lot of compliments as well! 

I initially ordered the 0R and 2R, but the 0R didn't ship. The 2R fit well across my back (which is very broad), but the straps were a bit long when I sat down and the length was pretty long. The high-low hemline really helped me out, since even my 5-inch heels didn't completely save me. Loved the way it trained the floor though. Think a 2P would have been perfect. 

Gorgeous dress. Thick enough for no bra (winning) and extremely comfortable. If I could buy it and alter it, I would. 

This dress is beautiful and the fabric is nice and thick and lined. It was very fitted and a little long. I ordered 6L based on other reviews, I'm usually between a 6-8 for dresses. I should have ordered an 8R, I think it would have for perfectly.
