This dress is stunning in person. Thick, structured, and interesting. I would've purchased this but for the zipper in the back. The zipper spans the entire length of the dress. If you unzip it just a bit so that your stride isn't so restricted, the zipper will sneak up to expose your entire backside (!!!). The dress is so gorgeous that it's worth the rental, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're planning on walking more than a few blocks in it!

The dress is cute and has stretch so it's comfy, however.... the zipper up the back must have opened on its own a 100 times and it was snug in the midsection (which after 2 kids is no bueno)! Would not rent again. 

Once again #RTR saves the day with the free extra size! This form fitting dress was very tight in the mid section on the extra small, so I ended up wearing the small instead. Fit great except for being just a tad bit loose in the shoulders, which I think is due mostly to my own (torso) height than anything. The zipper in the back opens as you walk!!! But someone left a safety pin in the extra small giving me the idea to prevent accidental slips of my backside; added one to the small too! 

This dress is wonderful- I'm normally a 2/4 but actually used the backup size in Medium since it runs a little small in my opinion. Others have mentioned the bottom zipper that will unzip as you walk- I added a safety pin above the zipper and it stayed put- this is a great professional looking dress! 

I loved this dress and felt so confident in it. Received so many compliments on the neckline and the color. Another reviewer complained about the shoulder pads but I didn't think they were noticeable! Will be renting again. 

I am a true four, sometimes two! I could have done the small but glad I did a medium!

I am 5 ft 7in. I wore size LR. And it is true to size. I am on my heavier side (140lb).. so it was more snug on me, but great for TV. The dress is a muted green. The rear top to bottom gold zipper should be secured at the bottom. It will rise up. An overall win!

This looked and fit fantastic. Only downside was the zipper... I have full hips and bottom and so the zipper had to be pulled all the way down, otherwise it would sneak up and open too high. It looks good zipped all the way down, so I don't mind.

I thought it was pretty true to my size, if anything a little smaller than I thought it would be. If you have any sort of belly/pouch this dress will def show it (or suck it in like I did). I also had the issue of the zipper riding up in the back as I walked, so I could see it being difficult if you wore this to an event where you did a lot of movement/dancing. 

I went with my backup style in the end because it wasn't practical. Like many said the zipper just unzipped. I was renting for a work presentation and I couldn't be worried about exposing my bum while presenting.  It is snug and runs small. I was expecting to wear the LR, I normally fit in a 10 dress but I would have worn the XLR if I had worn this style at all.

I really loved wearing this dress! I felt super confident in it and receives a lot of compliments. The zipper DOES open in the back if you take big steps, I pinned it just in case. 

Renters beware! I LOVED this dress initially. So classy, a beautiful color, great quality and flattering unique details including the double gold zipper in the back. The DOWNFALL is  The double zipper in the back!! It creeped up with every step I took and i didn't even realize it until I was almost completely exposed! Happened every time I would walk somewhere. It only took about 30 steps to creep all the way up to my cheeks. So I ended up going home and changing half way through the day 😭 

Fit perfectly. Beautiful color.  Nice heavy fabric. The neckline and zipper up the back felt a touch too sexy for the office.  Right on the edge for a work dinner in NY. 

I like the color a lot. Material is thick and fitted around the waist so you may want to wear spanx...zipper in the back is hella sexy

So many compliments on this one! I wore it for work at a law firm, as well as for an on-stage conference role, and it worked great for both. It's thick material that keeps you in, plus looks and feels extremely high quality and professional. 

The one thing to be aware of: the zipper goes all the way down the back, which is great, except it rides up and unzips very easily. All I had to do was safety pin the bottom of the zipper to keep it down. Just make sure you safety pin it before you leave the house! One step and the zipper will fly up the back - I learned the hard way! Lol 

I wore this for headshot day at work. I wanted something professional and flattering. The neckline is great, interesting without being distracting. However--the zipper goes top to bottom. If you zip it all the way down you can't take normal steps. If you don't, the zipper rides up all way--you run the risk of exposing your backside to the world. Which I may or may not have done. Cute dress, just watch the roving zipper. 

Loved the color and back zipper! Got a large and a little big on top. Would like to try medium next time! 

The dress is tight fitting but the thick material makes it feel snug and hides pant lines. The zipper that runs down the back didn't give me issues once I locked the bottom. The color is subtle and I felt very confident in the dress

I love the fit of this dress. But, as many other reviewers mentioned, the back zipper is a liability. It's too tight not to loosen the bottom zipper, but once you do, it rides up constantly. Really sketchy getting in and out of a car.

This dress was very fitted, and very figure flattering. Still was classy, and sophisticated, so it's appropriate for work. My only issue, is that it is so tight on the bottom, with no give, it's hard to even pull it up to go to the bathroom. This dress works well for large chested women.

I wore this dress a couple of times. It would be perfect if I was in a business professional environment! The fabric is thick and the length is great - might rent this for winter! 

This dress was perfect for work. I work it to a meeting at our corporate headquarters. The full length zipper in the back is a nice elegant detail. The asymmetrical cutout at the collar was cut just right. I was able to wear a full coverage bra with no peek a boo issues. Overall I felt confident and beautiful in this dress. 

I usually wear a size 2 - ordered the XS initially and had to exchange for a S. That fit much better although still snug. Looked great on TV. NOTE: be sure to lock the zipper at the bottom of the dress or it will ride up every time you take a step! lol learned this the hard way. Overall great dress 

Professional looking dress with thick/quality fabric, however extremely difficult to walk in due to the narrow opening for your legs. There is a zipper in the back that allows you to enlarge the opening, but I was afraid to unzip even slightly because if you take too long of a stride, it will unzip all the way up your butt/back! Would not recommend if walking is part of your commute to work. 

Fit like a glove just keep your eye on the zipper if you have a booty like me it will ride up and unzip. You literally need to watch your back. Zipping the dress all the way up doesn't help this style looks good with a slit. 

This dress was killer.  It fit perfectly and was flattering.  Yes there are shoulder pads in the dress but they are pretty thin and offer structure.  I am broad shouldered and was worried about that but given the asymmetrical neck, the strong shoulders looked right.  My only comment is that the dress will unzip from the bottom.  My husband fixed that by putting a safety pin through the zipper where you want it to stop.  Will definitely rent this again. 

This dress was super flattering. Other reviewers did not like a shoulder pads, but I thought they were fine. My trouble was the zipper. It is fine if you are not walking, but it was a near wardrobe malfunction for me walking around a trade show floor. I ended up pinning the zipper down. Someone shorter may not have this problem. 

Wore this for a work meeting, traveling for a day. Great fit and material. Only issue was that because it's tighter on the bottom you have unzip the bottom to give yourself a little slit and the zipper creeps but, getting in and out of the cars it goes pretty high too. 

This dress makes a statement in person. I wore it to work and got tons of compliments. The fabric is thick so it provides for a good shape. It runs a bit small so size up. Also be cautious of the bottom zipper in the back it tends to ride up and if you're not careful it will  expose parts your don't want exposed. 

They want their shoulder pads back. Honestly this dress was figure flattering, perfect length and fitness except for one flaw.... shoulder pads... it created visible space between my shoulder/neckline to the top of dress. I would have bought the dress sans pads.

The only thing you have to watch is the zipper. The full dress-zipper detail is great, but it will unzip itself (from the bottom) as you walk and move lol--so just watch it!

Loved this dress and got a lot of compliments on it. However it is very tight, no give at all. Cool zipper going up the whole back. 

Loved everything about this dress (the color, length, neckline) BUT this dress restricted my walking ability. It was difficult to walk up and down the stairs without worrying that the bottom zipper may undue (that's what happened at my house before work). My strides felt like 2 inches per stride. 

Idk if a size up would have made a difference. It fit me well otherwise. 

Pro: Sexy, fabulous material, outstanding color

The fit was great. Definitely put spanx under it or my fave - TC Intimates.  Great space across the chest area and stomach.
I was able to wear it to meetings, on air and to an evening event. I want to keep this one!!  

This dress was gorgeous and so classy for the office!  I paired with black tights and black suede booties.  I can usually get away with a medium in dresses, but I sized up after reading the reviews.  The large fit perfectly!  Hugged my curves beautifully.
