I ordered this dress for our civil wedding

This dress is really pretty & I received a lot of compliments. The lace is stiff, but I wore the larger of the 2 sizes so it was more comfortable and the layer underneath is more stretchy and soft.  It was dressy, but easy to wear. Loved this one!

I needed a dress that would be easy to wear in Chicago summer hear and extreme humidity. I felt like the sleeves were awkward fitting and the tones of the dress were better suited to those with lighter skin. Although it was a pretty dress, I was not at all satisfied with the fit. I can see it being gorgeous on those who aren't very curvy; not the ideal for folks with shapely hips, butt, and thighs. 

Fit perfectly, no give in the sleeves and kind of snug across my 36 DDD chest but it was relatively comfortable and it was gorgeous!

I read the other reviews on this dress and I would say that, for my sensitive skin, it wasn't that the dress was tight--it was that it is EXTREMELY itchy and uncomfortable. I liked the way it looked; it was alright, but I was happy to take it off. 

The dress is undeniably beautiful. I received so many compliments wearing it at my bridal shower. The detail and gold color make it classic and timeless. I have a very athletic build and I am very broad. After reading the reviews about the sleeves being stiff I became nervous but took a chance anyways! The sleeves were stiff but the 14 fit like a glove and it was perfect. I was very comfortable the whole afternoon. I am normally a 10-12 so the dress definitely runs small! I wish I could keep this gorgeous piece in my closet. I highly recommend renting it!!! 

This dress was beautiful. I wore it for a mini Yule Ball (from Harry Potter) my friends and I threw. I would not recommend it for pear shapes; there was very little stretch and my butt not fit well in the 6.  The detailing on the arms was beautiful but uncomfortable.

I was a bit nervous about renting this dress because I have big arms and a larger chest (38DD). The arms were pretty restrictive (and slightly itchy) and the top flattened my boobs, but overall it worked out fine. I wore the 14, which is my normal dress size, along with Spanx and a strapless bra. I loved the gold lace and I thought the length was perfect. I would rent this dress again. 

Runs a little small. Would recommend sizing up. The length is a bit odd if you're on the shorter side. The sleeves are itchy but worth it!

I was a little disappointed. First the pros: This dress was extremely well made, and the details are gorgeous. The golden lace is delicately beautiful and the color is lovely. The sleeves fit surprisingly well. Now the cons: It didn't flatter me as well as I thought it would. The sleeves were very scratchy. I don't think I would have felt comfortable dancing at homecoming in a hot sweaty room. Closing: I'm sure this dress wold work great for someone and this dress would be best for an event that doesn't involve dancing; however, it wasn't for me. I didn't end up wearing it, but I did wear the Reem Acra Roxanne dress. Rent the Runway is a fantastic a company and I can't wait to rent again! They are reliable and trustworthy, and they carry amazing styles.

Besides the dress being a little tight, the sleeves were itchy. After awhile though, I didn't notice it itching anymore and it was a great party dress! My suggestion, don't wear if you're going to be somewhere warm and if you want to dance. I did receive a ton of compliments and I loved the dress overall, it's truly a piece of art! 

I have a hard time finding dresses to fit due to my large bust size (38G), but this one worked out well!  The first time I tried the dress on, I tried it on with a strapless bra and it was too tight and restricting up top.  I took the bra off and it fit much better.  In the end, the dress didn't fit 100% perfectly (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) due to my large bust size (not really the dress's fault) and the arms were a bit restricting/itchy, but that's to be expected with lace arms.  Overall, it worked well for my event, was different than what everyone else was wearing and I received a lot of compliments!  

I wore this for my rehearsal dinner and couldn't have been happier. It was the right length and fit for a formal party but with a lot of interesting points in the layers and gold embroidery details.  The long sleeves were beautiful and it still felt lightweight because of the delicate materials. 

Fits nicely but highlighted my tummy. The sleeves are roomy enough even for my chubby arms. I didn't wear this dress but it was my very close second choice! So pretty for a garden wedding.

I was really torn between wearing the size 2, which fit me comfortably from the chest but the sleeves looked very loose, or the size 0 which the sleeves fit great but was pretty tight from the chest. I ended up wearing the size 0. It was not the most comfortable dress and  after wearing it for about 10 hours, I was so ready to get out of it but the detail of the dress was exquisite and so delicately beautiful that I would not have chosen any other.
