I agree! I think we got the same one! It is frustrating because your comment is from 6 months ago. I rented this December. Terrible.

Despite multiple reviews stating the sleeves were too tight my size small top came extremely stretched out. Fit more like a large and won't stay up because the sleeves are totally stretched out

So I had rented this before and looked absolutely amazing, this time way different! The top was completely stretched out, sleeves falling off my arms and chest. I really wish they would check their clothing before they send it out again.

Great fitting top ! Got a lot of compliments, really easy to dress up or down for a night out. The fabric is a little thick, it's ideal for fall.

I was so obsessed with this shirt that I bought it. Great paired with white pants for summer and regular jeans or black pants for into fall. 

Others mentioned it being right around the arms but I have bigger arms and felt fine. In fact I think it slimmed me out! I have a larger chest though and they definitely squashed me a bit but I liked how it looked 

The L fit me perfectly, I loved the top and the fit. Very cute for a friend's bday dinner out.

I selected this off-the-shoulder top to wear to a conference in Palm Desert.  The dinner attire was business casual and I wanted to have some fun.  RTR sent this to me at our resort.  Shipping was smooth and it was professionally packed and handled.  This top arrived wrinkle-free and ready to wear!  The top is tight.  The color, length, and style were exactly what I was looking for.

Loved this top!! Wore it out on super bowl Sunday. Got so many compliments! It didn't look tight at all but it was definitely hugging my arms very tightly. No trouble at all staying in place though because of that

Loved it! I was worried the arms would be too tight but they were just fine! The top was a little uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time, but I got a ton of compliments :)

Great brunch/hanging out about town shirt. My friend Kim wore it and I wore it and the fabric was flexible enough to fit both a size small and size medium typical person.

Wore this top with black bell bottoms to a Taylor Swift concert. The fabric is tight and doesn't move off the yabbos much. So even you big busted ladies, you can do it! I also didn't wear a bra. The fabric did rub on my nips a bit but not enough to cause an issue. Rent it! It's fun! 

Really thick poplin kind of material so it doesn't really flow but it's still really pretty. I couldn't find pants to match and felt like black jeans were too matchy. It'd look good with light was jeans, I just don't have any. The smocking is tight so you don't need a bra if you don't want one, but it made me look totally flat, like a sports bra would. 

Was worried the off the shoulder trend was played out but I think the bells sleeves grace this top a more contemporary feeling. Loved it so much I rented in the lighter color but found this version to be a little stiffer and smaller - could have easily sized up to a M on this one but overall comfortable and flattering that the S worked 

I loveeeee this top. The sleeves are SOOOO fun and I got soooo many compliments!!! So flirty!!! Not the mooost functional for eating dinner but fashion comes first. I thought it was going to be more elastic at the top but I was wrong and it is definitely more stiff. If you have a bigger chest like me I would size up so you would be more comfortable! 

Wore this for a night out. The sleeves run a little tight, but I still enjoyed the rental. 

Shirt is so comfortable and very forgiving as I had a baby 10 months ago.  Many off the shoulder tops I find myself pulling down.  This one stayed put all night.  Wore this to a dance performance in NY and a dinner party after.

Dramatic bell sleeves make an of-the-moment statement on this off-the-shoulder Petersyn top printed in classic stripes. My typical size falls around an XS-S but have reading reviews recommending to size up, I rented a M. The bust area is incredibly stretchy - I personally loved not having to wear a bra with this top. This piece is perfect for date nights, vacation, and night out.

I couldn't wait to take this top off when I tried it on. Elastic part way too constricting around arms/chest. So uncomfortable. 

Would suit someone with a smaller rib cage than me. 

Would look good with slim black pants.

The elastic gathering in front kept the girls perky so I didn't need a bra!

The fit was great. The bust fits nice and snug so you do not need to wear a bra with it. The sleeves are a perfect length. I probably could have worn a small or a medium but thr medium fit me perfectly. Looked super cute with ripped jeans ans flatform shoes! 

Loved this blouse. Stays in place and looks great on. Did not have to wear a bra at all. Short blouse. I did not give 5 stars because after I wore it several hours it was so tight on my skin and left large indentations on my side.

I got a lot of compliments on this top. The downside was that it was hard to wear with a strapless bra. But that might've also been because of the size of the top because it was too tight on my chest area. I can't remember if I wore a small or xtra small.

I loved this top. I wore it to work with a black t-shirt underneath to make it more work appropriate and then took it off to an event I had in the evening. Got so many compliments and got asked where I bought it several times. Even my boss complimented!

LOVED this top. the top ruched part was a surprisingly flattering fit and the bell sleeves were super fun. 

This top is so cute and so fun! Typically, when I think of this style, I think of Spring/Summer, but the colors in this top make it perfect for Fall. You can wear it with a strapless bra and it's obviously very stretchy! The Large would be my size of choice, but I felt like the chest part should have been a bit bigger for it to fit right.
