I rented this dress for a daytime wedding in April.   The size 0 fit true to size, but I ended up wearing the size 2, just to have a little more room to eat!    I absolutely loved everything about this dress.  The shoulder cut-outs gave a hint of sexiness and kept the dress from being frumpy.    The fabric was of excellent quality and was made impeccably.   Would definitely rent again!

The dress runs true to size.   The cold shoulders are not exposed constantly as the sleeves do not stay in place, the sleeves slide up a bit so it looks more like a crest.   It's comfortable  and really casual, for my taste.   It's flirty but not a show stopper. 

I was trying to find a night-out dress that was more on the conservative side (without being too conservative). This almost fit the bill except that it did ride up when walking, making it shorter than I wanted. I'm between a 6 and 8 and probably should have gotten the 8. Overall, I loved the dress and got a lot of compliments on it.

It was super comfortable and easy fitting. Didn't feel constrained at all. Nice length. Fun details. It can be dressed up or down. It's not a showstopper, but a good quality easy and attractive dress. 

I️ rented this for a wedding and it was perfect. It was a Catholic ceremony and I️ felt like the dress was modest enough for the church but still fun enough for the reception. I️ ordered an 8 and it fit me well but if there had been a 10 available, I️ probably could have gone with that. 

I'll admit this was my first cold shoulder dress at work. It was very subtle and classy (not at all trashy). I loved it and had a bunch of compliments! It does run large. Usually I'm a solid 2-I rented the 0 and it was still roomy in the hips and tush (and I have one!).

Probably beat for ladies without defined waists. Ended up being a bit baggie and unflattering on me. Great top portion with the shoulder cutouts and awesome fabric 


I've rented this perfect black dress twice now. It is great for lots of occasions. I wore to a dressy business dinner. Love this one! 

Great dress, but was a bit large on me. I'm pretty short, but felt the sizes run large. Overall, I liked the dress!

The dress is pretty cute as far as the styling. The fabric is kind of polyester like and the silk liner was slightly longer than the dress. I also felt like it was too short, especially when sitting down.  I would wear it again, maybe for some sort of fancy family dinner I feel obligated to attend. I think my Mom would like it.

The 6 worked well for me. It does wrinkle easy and showed makeup easily. 

I got a lot of compliments while wearing this dress. I loved the sleeves with the cold shoulder cut-out. The only downfall for me personally is that it was loose around my waist. I have a smaller waist, so it was a little too baggy around my waist for my liking. Other than that I liked the dress, especially for a night out on the town for a bachelorette party. 

Got great. I'm large breasted with a small waist so things that fit in all places are hard to find. This dress was great! I was able to wear a regular bra too. 

The cold shoulder and sleeve flare add JUST enough punch to this LBD. I wore it to a 6pm wedding with outdoor reception and received tons of compliments. Very comfortable. I will rent again. 

This dress came in and the material looked a bit papery/baggy--the sort that easily wrinkles because it is thin and light. However, once on it was pretty. It's black and is the sort of fabric that dirt and makeup sticks to easily, something else to keep in mind. 

Great cut. True to size but not form fitting. The material was prone to wrinkling and the bottom of the dress was quite wrinkled after sitting for awhile. Otherwise loved it!

Great dress for a fundraising event . My goal was to be stylish and fun! Met my needs perfectly!!

The dress was knee length on me which is what I wanted. I would say it fits true to size. I am short and curvy and feel like the dress was very flattering. Anyone would love this dress!  

This dress was so flattering. It looked "tight" on my body, while being very forgiving. The fabric was a little stretchy. Overall it's both classy and fun. Wish I owned it! 

The material is thick enough and made very well!  I wore a size 8 which was a tiny bit loose but honestly it was so comfortable!  After wearing I. wish I could buy this dress!  Sexy  but very classy.  143 and 5'5" 36 D larger arms and the sleeves fit great!

Really loved this rental - I love an off the shoulder or cold shoulder look, and this did not disappoint. Really easy to wear - standard bra was totally fine, and material was thick enough that I opted not to wear shapewear (a serious first). I wore this on a date and went with bare legs and strappy sandals, though I think you could totally get away with pairing this with tights and booties. Dress hit mid thigh - I'm tall but more torso than leg - the length was completely comfortable and appropriate. I was tempted to reuse it for work I loved it so much. A definite must rent! From a sizing perspective, I range from an 8-12 (12 in most higher end designers) but the 10 fit just right, with a bit of room to spare. 

The dress is versatile and works for a work party, or a date night. I loved the fit which wasn't overly loose but still wasn't too tight - just perfect 

This dress is a great black dress, the cold shoulder look and ruffle sleeves gives it an unique look. This dress does run large and does wrinkle very easily. I found that between the two sizes, there was a significant difference in length. I wore the larger size, because of the length, but the smaller size fit so much nicer. You can wear a normal bra with this dress. 

I rented this dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I loved it and got tons of compliments! I ordered a 4 & 6. The 4 fit me much better in the midsection but the 6 had a better length for me so I ended up going with the 6. I would still rent it again. Very fun dress! 

I love this dress! I received compliments all day and lots of looks in the evening, as this dress transitioned perfectly from work to dinner. The picture doesn't do this dress justice. It looks and feels so good on. True to size. 

This was my RTR Bday dress rental this year. LOVED it. Perfect LBD. ruffle detail + cutouts give it unique spin. I wore twice--the first nite I wore regular length w booties, the second nite, I double taped the length shorter + wore w knee sox + trainers for a sportier look. Super versatile dress! Would recommend fer sure. 

This was a great dress. I would love to own it & would definitely rent again! Runs true to size, comfortable & easy to wear. I wore to a musical and it was perfect. The only downside is the fabric does wrinkle a bit, but it's minimal and hard to see on the dark color.  Highly recommend!

I love Rebecca Taylor and this dress was no exception. I wore this to a dressy cocktail party and it was the perfect choice. Its a pretty simple little black dress, but the shoulder cutouts and ruffle sleeves gave it something extra. I typically wear a 6, MAYBE a 4, but in this dress I wore a 2, which is the same with another of her dresses I have worn, so she definitely tends to run larger I think. It complimented my curves nicely and I got a lot of compliments. 

This dress is the perfect black dress! A little unique and the fit is flattering. Lots of compliments.  

So this was part of my unlimited order I made the mistake in getting a size 8 which was a bit big probably would have been fine with the 6 ! Loved the shoulders and a fun party dress in nyc ! Would probably rent again !

I loved wearing this dress! I got compliments all night! I felt it fit true to size and chose to wear my trusty spanx underneath just to smooth out any bumps. This dress really does fit like a glove and is so versatile in terms of accessories. The fabric felt great, even for an August wedding in Dallas. I would 100% rent this again or recommend to a friend. 

Loved his dress!  Great for a night out, and looked great with turquoise Kate Spade earrings.  Fits pretty true to size.
