I love this shirt! Will definitely rent again. It fit my chest perfectly but I can see it being tight on those with larger chests. Material looks expensive. I have long, thin arms and the sleeves were perfect. There’s 4 inches of zipper on each wrist which helps get the sleeves on and off. You can also leave them somewhat unzipped so it’s not as tight on your wrists.

Way too tight everywhere.  Looks good on, but uncomfortable.  Size up 

I wore this to work untucked with bellbottom jeans. Also to dinner tucked into a darker camel pleather skirt - tucked is more of a Mad Men vibe. You have to kind of let go and let god with the tie 😂 It won’t stay with one loop for long and it looks weird with a full knot. So you’ll just have to retie through your the day. 

Without the broach this would’ve been a miss.  The tie is awkwardly short.

Otherwise a great fit (pro tip: unzip the wrists before putting on!). Someone has described the color as “cardboard” but mine was a solid autumnal orange.  

I wore it once for zoom and once with A-line RTR suiting skirt with heels.  Great for work.

I have broad shoulders so I was worried about the 42 but it fit perfectly.

I loved the color and design of this blouse. However, my 36C bust made the chest area feel very tight. The bottom of the sleeves were also tight on my wrist.

I would order one size up next time! 

Thick material. Necktie portion doesn't really stay tied or lie down the way the picture shows. It's nice but I didn't like how I had to keep tying the neck.

I thought this shirt would be a warm yellow, but instead is more of a tan / taupe color. Definitely an odd fit.  It is a nice crepe, but extremely low cut.  There is a zipper from the elbows to the wrists.  Make sure the zipper is undone when you are putting on the shirt.  An interesting rental, but I will not rent it again.

I rented this for work, but ended up wearing it for a date night too. It's so cute and classy. Great under a blazer or by itself. 

I took 38 , but 40 would be better; neck tie tight-& i saw other " RTR sister"- did a  pin; so i did same; live the caramel color  ; fabric good quality

The shirt fit perfectly however it did take a little bit of a strategy to put it on because of the unique sleeves. The unique sleeves makes it so much more beautiful so it was worth it. It looked like new style yet classic, yet so in fashion. 

I felt so professional, cool, and put together in this shirt. I have small wrists and the sleeves fit me perfectly. Narrow through shoulders, but this fit was a dream. Bought it!

I really loved this shirt, great color and fit.  Once the cooler weather hits I will definitely rent it again!

Loved this shirt! Was planning to wear it with a pencil skirt to a conference but then it got canceled so just wore it with leggings and it was perfect. It's a bit oversized and a thicker material, would be perfect in the fall! 

This top could not handle my swimmer's shoulders.

Great top for work. Unusual style. Clean. Great material. Looks new. Feels a bit too tight on your hands. But very stylish. Enjoyed it. 

This top reminded me of the Scooby gang. It had sweet throwback vibes and flowed nicely. The fabric has NO stretch, so it would be tricky if you have a larger busy. The ascot element also sometimes comes undone, it needed to be adjusted throughout the day.

I liked this top, but didn't love it. The caramel color is beautiful, and the neck tie and arm stitching is really sweet. 
The issue is the lack of stretch and tightness in the arms, as others have reviewed. I have slender arms, and the forearm area was still tight, even when the zippers are open. It's tightest right below the elbow. I chose to push the sleeves up over my accessories, and it gave a little more room in the shoulders and gave the arms a blousey look. You can't raise your arms very high, though. 
Also - make sure to knot the neck tie! It comes loose if you don't. 
Overall, I may rent again for an occasion (interview, etc.), but not for everyday. 

Love this shirt many compliments. It runs small especially tight in the sleeves so size up.

Gorgeous saturated carnal brown color.  Multiple ways to wear the boy I went with loose and wispy with a brooch. Great Fall metrical in fact a little warm for early Autumn in the desert. Looks great without a jacket and against navy blue. Fit is perfect for my long arms and large chest. I didn't notice the sleeves have zippers which is nice For a tight tapered sleeve. 

Looked and felt like a power player in this. Nice heavy material, falls beautifully and doesn't wrinkle. Color is rich and warm. Wore it once untucked with a leather mini, and again tucked in to a midi wool pleated skirt. Perfection.
