Our Policy
• Purchases–excluding items marked as final sale–may be sent back for a refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be credited to your account, generally within 3-5 days of arriving back at our warehouse.
• A $5.95 restocking fee (+tax) will be deducted from the refunded amount for each returned item.
• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived.
• Exchanges are not accepted.
• If the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described, please get in touch.

3 Ways to Return
1. With other rentals
Simplify things by returning items with other rentals! Pack everything you’re sending back in a reusable garment bag as you normally would.
2. At a Nearby UPS
Find any UPS location, drop off your returns with the cashier, and you’re all set!
3. In the original packaging
Pack your item in the reusable poly mailer it arrived in. Place the prepaid shipping label on the outside and drop it off at your UPS location of choice.
Help us recycle! Send back any extra packaging, plastic dry cleaning bags, and hangers with your returns so they can be recycled or reused.
Frequently Asked Questions
For instance, items that are rented and then later purchased after they arrive at your home and Clearance items cannot be returned.
Please note: if you used a gift card on your purchase, you will be refunded the same amount in merchandise credit.
