I’m 5’9” and had to wear little bloomer shorts underneath (honestly, kinda made it cute). Straps are adjustable so you have plenty of room to play with length, but it’s still super short. The pattern is so much fun, perfect for a tropical vacation! More photo & video reviews @whimzylindzy
I really, really wanted to love this dress and thought it would be such a cute maternity option but it was just NOT a good look for my pregnant frame! I sized up a few sizes which I probably didn’t need to do so that could be a contributing factor, though unlikely. The dress has two under layers, including a crinoline ruffle, which gives this dress SO MUCH VOLUME at the bottom! I looked like a rainbow triangle with the amount of fabric drowning my body at 8mo pregnant.
I had high expectations and typically like a float big dress like this but it was just too much poof. Lovely material, lovely print but just overall did nothing and even tried to belt it and just was blahhh and unflattering.

I ended up not wearing this dress because there was so much material to it and it was short in the back. I could've 100% sized down but then I think it might be too short. Not sure. Would definitely take some playing around

Fit is very awkward. Made me look like a tent
There is volume added under the skirt with tulle, so it wasn’t quite as flow-y as I was anticipating. I’m a size 8, and got the UK12/US8 and it was too large to wear. It gaped around my bust/back. The print on it was also a little grainy? Just wasn’t the vibe I was hoping for.
Very poofy, not flattering, tulle underneath. But the. Coloring is nice. I was soooo excited to wear this!!!

I wanted to love this dress and I love alemais, but it was soooo puffy— I legit looked like a Michelin man. And the print is also somehow pixelated? No bueno :(
