Love the pockets, great networking dress.

This definitely runs small. I sized up one size and JUST fit my hips and tear into this sassy little number! It does have a bit of stretch, which helped. Below knee length but rose up like crazy though the day. I wore a long blazer over to help. Didn't wrinkle too badly, given I say all day. Would definitely rent this brand again now that I know my size.

Def runs small, but has stretch.  Could have worn the 0, but the 2 was more comfortable for a day of walking and sitting at Capitol Hill.  Love the pockets!

Perfect work dress! Conservative but still really flattering. I would rent again 

First: This runs tight. I’m a pretty standard 6, and the 8 was tight. Size up!

Second: There’s no slit. I waddled around all day. Horrible design given the length. 

The color is beautiful, though. Such a bummer. 

I ordered two sizes up based on what I saw and then also got one size up based on the reviews. The size above my normal size fit like a glove. Definitely had to wear spanks to suck it all in, but it was a very flattering fit! 

This is a very pretty and well-constructed dress. The color is excellent. That said - I can be between a 0-2, and the 2 was snug. Thank god for Spanx! The other funny thing was walking - I seriously couldn’t take as fast/big of a stride as normal due to where the hemline hit my legs, with no stretch (there is no back slit). To rent this, size up at least one if not two sizes for more comfort/mobility. 

The fabric is beautiful and thick, but not too heavy for an outdoor, summer wedding.  The color is spectacular! The fit is slim and very flattering, if you select the right size.  Definitely size up at least one size, maybe two.  

Hi- this dress does run small, so size up.  The color was bright and fun, and the dress was well made.  I would recommend!

Amazing dress, insanely good fit. Loved the length as it made it a great dress to wear for work, however the lack of a slit up the back or side made it a little difficult to get around. I take a number of stairs to get to my work station and it was kind of difficult to get to them with the lack of flexibility towards the bottom of the dress. Aside from that minor detail I loved it and it fit perfectly. 

Beautiful, classic black halo dress. Vibrant colors, flattering and pockets lay flat. Only complaint was the arm holes were too large, bra showed at times. 

I really enjoy Black Halo for workwear, and wanted to love this one, but the downside to this one is the bottom has 0 stretch, making it difficult to walk Norma strides. Felt like I was shuffling all day. Odd because the rest of the dress has a flattering amount of stretch. Otherwise fits TTS. 

I forgot I rented this before and I still love it. 

This dress is very slimming if you fit into it but don't expect much wiggle room. The hot pink color is gorgeous and it has pockets (although they're not that usable). Very flattering for your arms and hips and is a simply stunning work dress. You'll feel like a boss babe in it.

The dress has barely any stretch and runs a bit small but it's is absolutely gorgeous. The neckline is a bit tight and there's no slit so walking fast was a bit challenging. Having said that, I've gotten so many compliments! I'm 5'10 and weigh 140 so the 6 was great. 

Beautiful color and material. A little big longer than what I prefer which I think made it bunch in the waist. But I still really loved the dress! 

While it was ever so loose at the natural waist, and there was a slight gap around the shoulder, with a jacket it fit nicely all around. I received compliments all day and felt like a million bucks. 

Dress looks great - great shape and color is rich. Fabric is good
