The Addison Dress

This dress is a stunner! It doesn’t look like it, but it fits like a bandage dress. The fabric feels thick, but will show a VPL if you don’t have seamless panties. I usually wear a 2, but sized up as a backup size and SO glad I did. The XS fit, but the S was more comfortable. Styled with my black leather moto jacket for a touch of edgy cool. I wanted to keep it!

I wore this to an office cocktail party. I got the size M with L as a backup but last minute they couldn’t send me the M. I am short so the L was really too long in the torso and the leg length it also was a bit large in the bust so I was worried about gaping and slipping so used fashion tape. The fabric is so comfortable and stretchy that I know the medium would have fit me perfectly. But the dress looked so good anyway and I got compliments all night long so I can’t be too upset. Don’t be afraid to size down if you’re in between sizes.

Honestly would make such a fantastic bridal dress. It was such a fun detail to have the fringe top and the bandage bottom half of the dress really sucks you in & fits like a glove. The halter neckline is actual a hook & eye closure.

I rented two dresses but this is the one my mom preferred... I guess mother knows best. I received so many compliments from women and men. I typically wear a M/6-8 however I went with the L because it was the only size available. The bottom portion fit perfectly (because Herve Leger is fitted to begin with) however, the top was a tad too big but the draped fringe helped camouflage the loose fit. Next time I will try the M to compare. All in all this was a win!

I normally wear a 00 so I ordered a XS and XXS and both were way too tight, I couldn’t even get the dress to zip. So sad, because the dress is really very sophisticated and elegant.

Too tight in hips & chest. Could not wear! Size way up.
