The dress allowed for a lot of movement and was overall very comfortable. The color could wash out my light skin tone in certain lighting but the overall look was very elegant. 

This dress was a last minute Hail Mary because the three dresses I originally ordered for my daughter didn't fit. She'd picked out black dresses so this dress definitely wasn't on her radar but we were running out of time, she was at school, and I had to decide quick without her. I found this one right away and figured, hey why not? When I showed her the picture on the website, she hated it. The next day, the dress arrives, she puts it on just to humor me, and then falls in love with it. It fit like a glove and was so comfortable that she wore it around the house for a few hours before I finally got her to take it off. Needless to say, the dress was a success. Mama knows best!
p.s. - you can't tell in the pictures, but it's very sparkly.

I wanted to LOVE this dress, but unfortunately it did not live up to the beautiful pictures. First and foremost, the detail on this dress is exquisite! The gown is a nude  color and I thought a little darker than the pictures (very pretty!). The disappointment came in the bottom tulle section. It appears fluffy and full on the model in the pictures, however it was one layer of crinoline, one layer of very soft tulle, and one layer of regular tulle. These layers are all different colors and did not stay. They had tears throughout and just lay there all flat. I steamed the bottom and tried to fluff them up (see picture) and it helped but I thought the bottom could have used 3 more layers of tulle. The last disappointment was the length.  I am 5.5 and it touched the ground without heels. With heels above 2 inches, the shoes were very visible. If you are over 5.5 and want to wear heels, get the long!  

I rent from RTR every year for an annual Charity Ball, and this is by far my favorite dress so far! It was so beautiful & flattering! I got compliments all night! It was comfortable and just made me feel good! I really, really loved this one & would definitely recommend it! 

Didn't like having to hunt down delivery of the gown.   I received an email stating it had been delivered when it hadn't.  It arrived the day of my gala.

This dress was so classically beautiful. The detailing is incredible and the tulle at the bottom is actually two colors - blush and ivory. My husband was in a tuxedo and I felt very elegant by his side.  I thought the shape and size perfectly suited my petite frame, unlike some other gowns that make me feel like the dress is wearing me. It doesn't have any stretch, so if you're in between sizes, I'd ordered up. I  wore 4" heels and the length was perfect.

I wore this dress to a themed military ball, dance throughout the ages with our squadron. I focused on the 1920s and it was perfect!!! I loved the bottom!

tight on hips but fit wonderfully! if your taller then 5'6" go with the long 

Little snug around the chest area, I wore it without a bra.  But the dress is stunning and helped me stand out!! Tons of compliments and looked beautiful. 

This dress was fit like a glove. It loosens the longer you wear it, so do not size up. I usually wear a 2 and the size 2 fit perfect!! I'm 5'9 and wore a 2R, the 2L was not available. I did not have any problems with the length of the 2R. 

The bottom was a little odd in person, but it looked great in pictures! 

Other than my wedding dress, this is the most beautiful dress I have ever worn. I felt like a billion dollars in this dress. I received compliments the entire evening. Oddly enough, the 4R fit looser than the 6R and was slightly longer. Since I'm a little under 5' (and wanted a snug fit through the midsection) I wore the 6. Also, the tulle on the 6 was more pink than the 4. Perhaps the subtle differences are due to dry cleaning. 

This dress is second to none! I received compliments from people all night. This dress is so beautiful and unique. A few tips though: this dress definitely runs smaller than expected in the hips/butt. I would order up. It also runs SHORT. I'm 5'8", and the regular length in the larger size I ordered was way too short. You could see my feet, so I ended up wearing the 4L but it was tight. Since there's so much fabric at the bottom, it's difficult to wear heels without tripping, so I wore sandals, but you can't see them. You definitely have to wear Spanx with this dress. Also keep in mind you have to unzip and pull the dress all the way down to use the restroom. Not the most easy dress to wear, but it's absolutely outstanding! 

I am usually a size 4 and went with my size! Absolutely gorgeous dress. You won't regret it.

I had originally wanted to order the size 4L but it was not available. I ended up with the 2R. I knew it would be short on me, but I was so in love with the dress that I didn't care. Photos don't show just how beautiful this dress is. I got compliments on it all night long! Coworkers and strangers were calling me a model (it was great ;) ). I was worried I wouldn't be able to fit into a size 2. I had to wiggle to get the dress over my hips, but I had extra room on the top. You NEED this dress!!

I received so many compliments on this dress. It was a little restrictive to walk in but other than that no complaints. 

This dress is absolutely exquisite. I hesitated ordering because this was for my wedding. Rtr only had this in a 4, and i definitely needed a 6. I made the 4 work but just having a baby you can see it was unforgiving in the tummy. Length was perfect. Everyone was gushing over this. More of a taupe color but photographs rather silvery! 

First off dress is beyond gorgeous. I literally was complimented every two minutes. The pictures don't do it justice. It really was grand. Now on to the cons. The dress's construction was horrible. I originally ordered a 6, my normal dress size, in black. When I had to zip it up the back it wouldn't budge. Thankfully RTR shipped me this as a replacement. I went up two sizes to ensure the fit. Trying to zip up was a tragedy. I thought it was my body until I took off the dress and couldn't zip it up with ease period. I'm not sure if that was an individual dress issue or in general. Since it was a mermaid style it was super tight by the knee. Because I went up so many sizes it was bulky around the waist. The back was extremely tight and smushed my chest down. All in all I captivated all wearing it but I was so uncomfortable. Hope my review helps the next lovely lady.
