I am a 4 in dresses but because it is an oversized vest I got 2 and it fits perfect. I used it for work and it is a statement piece to keep. It was perfectly ironed and clean. 

Felt like a boss in this gorgeous summer suit. Best slight large, could size down.  Lightweight enough for a hot summer day. Will definitely rent again! 

I'm typically a size 8 in tops and a size 10 in dresses (chesty). I was so excited to wear this vest to a fundraising luncheon. RtR had only a size 6 available, so I went with that. The 6 was too big - even with the belt tied tightly. The length - and those pockets - add weight to the hip/buttocks area. It was gaping at the chest. This was a hard pass for me and I ended up shopping my closet for the event. Really disappointed with this piece (when I placed the order, I was certain I'd end up purchasing this. Nope).

This was so big could have gone down 2 sizes, and the length wasn’t working for me it ended up looking like a lab coat. I tied the belt around the back first to make it fitted, ended up wearing but didn’t love it.

The belt on this is a little awkward. I could get it to sit right tying it around as a belt so instead tied behind the back for a better fit. I wish I would have sized down. 

I liked this because it was unique and relatively easy to pair with work slacks. It's also lightweight which is nice for the summer. I wish you could take the belt off because i wanted to wear it open with a dress but that's okay 

Absolutely loved this (rented the full set with shorts) and got tons of compliments at work. Definitely runs big so had to cinch it quite a bit and would size down if I rented again. Super chic and great work piece for summer. Would recommend renting with the shorts if you can for an easy, monochromatic outfit 

This is a perfect work jacket for Texas and Arizona.  Wore this several times on a work trip to Arizona to meet with different clients and I was so comfortable.  Then wore it to a college graduation in Atlanta.  Will definitely rent again and may purchase.

As mentioned in other reviews- runs large. I am a 8 but rented a cute and thought it felt great! 

Cool piece, definitely runs large as an 8 fit great and I'm usually a 10. And it has thicker fabric to maintain its shape. 

Great jacket - only con is that in runs large especially for a small frame. Pros- you can throw this over a sports bra and leggings and voila - you are dressed for wfh life.  Really liked the pockets and tortoise shell button detail. Size down.
