Substantial crepe fabric that doesn't easily wrinkle. Really nice dress for work - a little bit short, but great with tights and boots on a cool day.


Wore this for a business lunch and felt comfortable and confident. The only thing making this dress just a hair less professional is it's length. This is a shorter dress (over an inch above the top of my knee caps), and I wish I'd had some lower heels to wear with it. Since it shows off your legs and hides your tummy, this is a great dress for Apple shapes, which is what drew me to it. Wouldn't recommend for Pears.

Packed well, looked great with simple heels. Slightly shorter than most work dresses but not too short. Very comfortable and flattering. 

I was on the fence about renting this for a while, due to the comments about the sleeves. I had an alumni event to attend and this was my best available option so I decided to risk it and was glad I did! This fit perfectly, was very comfortable and I loved the sleeves, a little shape but nothing crazy. It was great to wear to work and then out so I'll likely rent this again. 

Loved this dress. It hides all the trouble spots but isn't baggy or bulky. The thick fabric looks and feels luxurious. I'll definitely rent it again. 

Like most shift dresses, this one fits tightly across the hips, so if you've got curves you'll want to size up. I went with the 12, which fit perfectly across the hips but was loose everywhere else, though not so baggy as to be unflattering. The only thing that disappointed me was the structured sleeves, which fit awkwardly and had a tendency to poof out in weird ways -- though that may have just been because they were too big. Still a serviceable work dress, though maybe not one I would rent again.
