the fit was just okay - the waist was too big so it fit more at my hips which made it too long. i needed to safety pin to make it look better on me. if you're tall/have long legs you may be able to get away with a bigger size if that's what's available but short girls have your safety pins ready!

love love LOVE ciao lucia! typically i wear a small or xs in dresses similar in style from this brand, but i'm really glad i got a medium in this one. there isn't a side zipper so it would've been really difficult for me to get a smaller size on. tied the back as tight as it would go and it fit beautifully

these are so incredibly comfortable and flattering and are the PERFECT length on me! they look good with everything - dressed up or down. wore with a matchy navy cashmere pullover to lounge at home and with a sweater and blazer for a work event. tall girls might find these too short!

loved this skirt! it was really high waisted on me but made me feel tall and skinny i didn't mind it! very long - short gals will need a cowboy boot with a heel at a minimum to keep it off the floor

unfortunately the skirt i received had the elastic waistband completely stretched out and it was falling off my hips. I had to belt it to make it work, but wish that it had actually fit the way it was intended to. would recommend sizing down just in case!
glad i got a medium in this dress! like others have said, it's tight in the arms and shoulders. i have bigger shoulders, and i wouldn't have fit into my usual small.

loved this with flip flops, sandals, or sneakers! the perfect easy throw on dress and the length was great on me!
wish the size up had been available as this was slightly snug on my hips. paired it with some fun orange sandals and my staudines bag and got so many compliments! definitely needed shorts underneath and i’m 5’1, so tall girls beware!

if this is available, absolutely rent it!!! wanted to wear it all the time because it’s just that cute. super easy to style, looks great with anything from jeans to boxer shorts. probably could’ve worn an XS, the only place where it felt fitted is the elastic on the sleeves
loved this sweater vest!! paired it with some linen trousers and sneakers and lots of fun jewelry, but it’s definitely super versatile! you can definitely size down if you want something more fitted or size up if you want someone looser. ordered my usual size & it was just slightly perfectly oversized.
this skirt is awesome. the fabric is soft and breathable and perfect for hot days in the south. length was perfect on me. i ordered my usual size in the great, but if you have larger hips you can probably size up!
unfortunately when i rented, this one didn’t have any reviews so i wasn’t sure what size to get. i can wear anything from a 2-6 depending on the style of dress, and should’ve gone with a 2 or 4 in this one. gorgeous color & if i sized down a size or two from what i ordered the fit would’ve been perfect. petite friendly too!!

size up in this skirt if you have wider hips! the first little layer hit me right at my widest point so it pulled in a really unflattering way across the front, ended up having to pull this skirt wayyyyy up to make it look right (and give my behind a little more room!) would’ve been better off in a medium. length is good for petites though!
cutest top ever!! can’t wear a bra with it and it offers no support so not the greatest option for larger chested girls but it’s so so so flattering if you’re on the smaller side. unexpectedly silky fabric compared to my other ciao lucia rentals & this looked perfect with tan linen trousers!
this one was just okay for me. the length was fine to wear with flats at 5’1. awkwardly snug around the waist which made it a little difficult to get on and off, wish there was a zipper. pattern is cute and the fabric is soooo soft though!
i liked getting to rent this but i didn’t get as much wear as i thought i would out of it because it was a little heavier than i anticipated. probably could’ve sized down to an xs! the small fit fine but was awkwardly slightly oversized, can’t put my finger on it but i don’t think the fit was quite right but i made it work.

found this dress to be a bit large on me in a size small, particularly in the chest and the straps were too long. had to pull up frequently throughout the day so i didn’t flash anyone! pattern is gorgeous and i’d love to try it again in a smaller size! if you’re small chested or often have issues with straps being too long like i do, i’d size down!

Usually I wear a small or XS in hill house dresses but there was only a medium available in this one. Made it work but it was a bit large in the chest!
loved that i could wear this as a skirt or a dress. probably preferred wearing it as a dress just because it rode up a lot as a skirt, so if you’ve got a booty you might also encounter this issue! otherwise, ran true to size, great fabric, and loved that i could wear multiple ways!

absolutely loved this top but wish i would’ve gotten the XS! impossible to wear a bra with it due to the low neckline and my girls just couldn’t fill out the small. loved the light breathable fabric!
